3/24: Grover Norquist, Americans For Tax Reform

The trend of GOP states lowering taxes while Democrat states raise them is increasing every year. The Wall Street Journal’s recent think-piece explores this growing divide, and most of us are familiar with the population shifts of people leaving high-tax states for low-tax states.

The WSJ article features Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist, who’s played a pivotal role in convincing nearly two-dozen states to cut or eliminate income taxes in the past five years. Population shifts affect the census and congressional apportionment, but might they also impact overall quality of life?
