Horry County Police Chief Chris Leonhardt, Chief Leonhardt joined The Hot Talk Morning Show for the first time since being sworn into office. He discussed efforts to re-establish confidence within and outside the department following the controversial death of Scott Spivey in September of 2023. Also, he addressed gang preventative measures and shared thoughts on a call to consolidate the department with the Horry County Sheriff's Office.
