After that, I was kind of in shock.”

“He really wasn’t slowing down like the other cars were,” the fellow student, Keen, said. “He kind of did a little swerve.”

After the close encounter, Richy Reese was stopped by Valley Brook Police Chief Michael Stamp, the student’s father, according to KOCO5 News.

The police department’s Michael Stamp said, “He kind of comes to an abrupt stop, and I go to try and make contact with him, and he takes off.”

A nearby officer pulled the driver over. Reese allegedly stumbled from his truck before being taken into custody, KOCO5 reports.
