A judge overturned ( at the eleventh hour ) the wacky ban of large soda drinks that was trying to be rammed down the pike by the Czar, er, I mea, Mayor of New York Michael Bloomberg. Thank goodness for someone with an inkling of common sense in NYC taking things back to a logical existence ( for now). After all, how much sense does it make to ban large soft drinks in the same convienence store that can sell Butterfinger Bars the size of a baseball bat and ice cream bars the size of weapons?
